jessifer126778 @amandabluejay I only offered that low because I am trying to keep with in a range because they are a little Long and I know I am going to have to have a hem put in them. I do love them and would love to have them Could you tell me the laying flat waist and leg measurements and possibly do a little less if you can I will counter and would love the lower shipping option! That would be great! Please let me know

amandabluejay The waist is 15" across and they sit low on the hips. As far as the legs - the inseam is 33 and the width of the leg opening is 12" and the upper thigh is 10" across. They have a little stretch in them as well. I am 5'4" and they were the right length with a wedge or heel about 2" high. Any other questions I can answer? I would do 23 and I think the shipping would be 2.99 or 3.99 with a new listing

amandabluejay The widest part of my hips is 36" a and they are a little too tight there- hope that helps
