loosheygoose @shushpen It does run looser on me and is larger in the waist for me (I'm 24.5" in the waist) but the waist is tied and able to be adjusted tighter. I'm not sure exactly if would fit a 4 also. The fit is designed to run looser in generally but I can take measurements for you and you can see if it would work for you 😊

loosheygoose The length from under armpit to armpit is 17" and the waist is 13.5" across when unstretched and the back has some elastic so it can stretch to 15" @shushpen
