McGinn faux shearling waterfall jacket size small

From Nordstrom Anniversary sale. I love this jacket but have only worn it about 5 times and would really like it to be worn. It’s in excellent condition. There are some spots on the interior back right side (see photos). I believe these could be dry cleaned out. Please ask any questions and *reasonable* offers are welcome.
