This is a Semi Flexible plastic Hamburglar luggage tag from McDonald's Restaurants. ** This type of luggage tag was given to McDonald's employees.. I don't think these were not given away to the general public and were more of an employee only item. **Safety Standards ** For Adults for collectible only, Do not give to Children, small parts can pose a choking hazard as it has small parts.   This is from a distributors overstock, that was never given out and is in mint condition and still in the original plastic..  The tag is big, about 5" inches high x 4.5" inches wide (not including the strap).   I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items, but use at your own discretion..
