@schmunkalicious they are made in a universal size small and they don’t come as true size numbers. Research Nuggie uggies and you’ll see some videos of people putting them on. They are big on a 6 and snug on a 9, most people I have seen discuss them used socks depending on size. I can measure the inside length and the outside length if you want.
