Absolutely stunning 18 month Christmas plaid tartan dress. Top half is sweater material-very thick, and separates with a knit ruffle around the dress that also has a flower-just under the chest. Skirt part is the classic tartan plaid. Has a white slip underneath, and the neckline and around wrists is a white ruffle-a beautiful touch-all which is pictured. Zipper in the back.
