Vintage, May 1992, LEVI Strauss, 501-0622, Cream, Button Fly, Straight Leg, Shrink to fit. (vintage pre-shrunk). Tag size W31 L30 Fit 31.25"/29.5. Cuffs 16". Lot 601, Levi's factory code 520 plant. USA. Red paper batwing. I believe this to be one of the last years for this care tag but I am not an expert. No xx these just have the 501 .These would be from during a transition phase in care tags from what little I do know and could find.. Overall very clean pre-owned vintage condition. These look to be very hard to find, this condition in this color. With this identification tag. Read on for any found flaws. No rips, holes, tears, large stains. The button holes there is slight green from button tarnish. I was able to clean most of it out but there is still small signs. Back patch has some creases in it. The left cuff has three very small wear marks. The pocket bags have a little pilling. Otherwise I can find no other specific damage or wear to bring attention to. Minor imperfections/flaws may possibly be found. Please see pictures provided for full description of condition. I have documented any flaws I could find in the pictures.
