Maxie (1980s) West Coast Hot tub and Patio Set for OOAK or Other EUC

Maxie doll West Coast Hot tub and Patio Set from 1984, excellent used condition. Maxie had a brief moment in the 1980s. She is also an 11.5" doll similar in stature to Barbie. This is mostly complete. It's missing a director's chair, grill, and flatware. This would be a great addition for any Barbie collector either or for OOAK or parts.
