Maxidress

Beautiful floral maxidress. So badly wanted it to fit me. Tag says XL but runs smaller. p2p 19in, 17in directly under p2p, then 19 in waist area. It has button closure on neck with zipper back and loose flowy tier skirt. Cannot find name brand. Black, sage and khahi floral print.
