Maxi skirt

Very long black beautiful skirt with high waist and 2 pockets on both sides, back zipper, almost 11” long. Bought it in a very unique boutique in NY and would never sell it if would be able to fit. 36 European size it’s USA even to XS and because there is no elastic in the fabric as it is 100% linen I can’t fit in and I wear S-M. It’s truly XS. It’s new and there are some measures on the label. It’s flared and doesn’t requires ironing after wash. Can be worn with or without even wide belt. (Please see pictures)
