Maxi floral shirt-sleeved dress

Reposh! This bright floral patterned dress is lightweight and airy. It’s short sleeved with a deep v-neck and a cinched waist. It comes with a tie belt to add some flair. There are mid-length slits on either side. Reposhing because it’s a little too long for me at 5’4”. Brand new with tags, never worn.
