Maxi dress from target

This is a small maxi dress from target. I would say it’s more a small to medium. It was hemmed. It’s approximately 48” from armpit to floor. Has a split up each side to just below the knee. Elastic on top and at waist. Inside layer is soft and stretchy outside is sheer and not so stretchy.
