Maxi dress by Rue21

Elongating printed maxi dress. Would look great with or without a shrug. Very soft and stretchy, almost silky like. Tapered fit. Cute subtle triangle details at the front and back necklines. It sits high like a halter top, but extends into a dress that’s like second skin. Note: I did not have an original retail price, so I listed it as a $20 baseline value.
