Maxi Skirt, Black with white designs, Size Small but fits a XL due to elastic

Brand New, never worn Trendy Black with white designs Maxi Skirt with drawstring and wood beads. Tag states Small but I am an XL and it hits me higher in my waist and feels comfortable. Very soft full and flowy Rayon fabric with inner lining. Waist has an elastic band -relaxed measures 27 1/2 fully around and stretched fully to 48” around. Full length of skirt is 33” long. Depending on your height it’ll hit your calf if you are taller or ankle length if you are around 5’5”. This is approximate. Thank you!
