Maxi Dress NWOT

Bought from another posher but it is way too big and long on me. It's super cute n I wish I could keep it, but I need to resell it. It's NWOT. Very loose fitting. I'm 5'4", and it runs passed my feet and is dragging. This is better for someone that is at least 5'6" or taller I believe. Wearing wedges may help also.
