This is a lovely asymmetrical high low maxi dress by Forever 21 - the dress short sleeve lightweight and comfortable. This dress is white with flowers. The dress has deep V faux wrap top with attached tie at the waist. The tie does not make the dress smaller it is there only for a decorative look it is attached and ties on the side This is a size Medium Great condition.
