This INC maxi dress has been worn, but wonderfully taken care of. It is very light and breezy. Great to slip on and run to a special event. It is a true black color, and the circles of tie-dye are an off-white. It has elastic around the waist, but not where it is binding or constricting it just gives the dress a more flattering look. It has a scoop neck and is sleeveless.
