Forever 21- adjustable straps, black top with a blue & yellow sheer print bottom & an attached piece that gives you coverage to the top of knee. The bottom on the dress is in excellent shape. However, the black top fabric is a little worn out. Maxi dress- blend of lime green, black, sky blue, white & electric violet feather design.
