This is Brand New. From "The Collection " line. Very neat dress with ruffles and layers all over it. Ties at the shoulders for a lil length and comfort. Also ties at the waist. Has a full length liner dress and will be partyly shown when wearing. Light and flowey. Pit to pit measurements Approx 20 inches and Shoulders to hem at its longest is Approx 53 inches.
