Maxandcleo cocktail or evening dress

Beautiful evening dress, black polyester/nylon top with a polyester (taffeta) like bottom skirt. The skirt has appliques on the front as well. This is fully lined with additional tulle sewn in for a little poof! 36" from shoulder to bottom of skirt and approximately 24" waist measurement. NWT from Neiman Marcus. Never worn and non smoking home. Bonus, is machine washable!!
