diane_romaniuk This item is marked new with tags (NWT). What tags are you talking about? You have no picture of a sales tag. Also, if your mother owned it, it is not new. This skirt is at least 10-15 years old (I had one just like it).

camerondavis792 @diane_romaniuk P. S. The main picture has two tags along the right side of it and therefore it has "tags" I am new to Posh Mark but will learn what I can with time. This item was never used and the tags that I talked about in my last message were never removed. I guess I would not call it "New with tags" as much as I would say resold with tags.
