Max studio nwt stripped blue and white ruffle dress

Retails for 178 dollars, size small. Nwt, sleeves are slightly puffed. Bottom of the dress is tiered. Buttons all the way up. Measures 19 inches from pit to pit laying flat. Around 4 feet long from the top to bottom. Does have some extra string on the side, as pictured. The first picture is just a very similar dress, not the exact stock photo
