Max and Cleo strapless flare party dress. Sz 4

Beautiful dress for a special occasion! Max and Cleo. Strapless with a flared skirt. Attached layer of crinoline underneath (does not peek out) to add extra volume to the skirt. Zipper back (note: dress zips all the way up but was too small to zip on the dress form). Shades of blue and black with waist detail. Very Small spot on navy stripe (see photo) Top to bottom: 29” Waist: 14.5”
