It is collared, and has long sleeves, with a button strap to pull them up a bit if you like. It has 2 small breast pockets in the front. It has a small, crisp pattern in black, white and red. I am 5'3" and it falls right about the knee for me, a bit higher if you are taller. This dress is lined in black on the bottom half. It is perfect for a classic workplace scenario.
