Max Studio eyelet skirt

Max Studio eyelet skirt with grosgrain waistband, lined and side zipped. There is a little tear (pictured), in the lining by the zipper that can be repaired but it doesn’t affect zipper. Measurements are approximate & taken laying flat, 16” waist, 17” long, 23” width/hips. Im a little over 5’6” tall and this falls just above my knees. Smoke free home
