Max Studio Keyhole tie stretchy blue green white summer Dress

Excellent, no flaws. Max Studio dress. Size medium. Colors are navy Blue, teal green and white. Tie keyhole front (can be adjusted tighter or looser) Only breast area is lined (see photos). Smocked (elastic) waist. Wrinkle free material. Laying flat, unstretched, measurements are approximately: 17.5 inches pit to pit. (can be adjusted). 10 inches elastic waist (can stretch to almost double!). 18 inches across hips. 34-35 inches length. This dress is very stretchy. Also you can pull the waist up or down a little, so just keep in mind it’s flexible. For me it’s a bit too loose in the breast area, but I’m small chested. I’d say the top feels like a size large, and the waist down a medium. It’s very pretty and perfect for Summer, a cruise, boating, etc.
