Max Studio Black & White Dress

This is a lightweight, scoop neck, skirted hip, quarter length sleeve dress. The pattern is a polka-dot stripe design and it’s a cotton/polyester blend. It’s length is 38in (shoulder to hem). I wore this once, loved the dress but I am short with a D chest so the length & the cute skirted waist didn’t fall well on my shape.
