Max Edition ribbed/pleated jacquard dress

There's a small tear at the seam under the right arm (last 2 pictures) but I think it can be easily fixed. It's not noticeable regardless though. Otherwise great used condition. It's pleated on the shoulders and ribbed in the middle, and a flowy skirt with an abstract design woven into the fabric. It's a really cute dress. Black, red, cream, and gray. It's got a little sparkle to it like in the last 2 pictures but you don't really see it when it's on. Size says large but I think it'll fit a small or medium better. My mom, who is modeling it, is 5'4", about 110lbs, and a C cup for reference. The cardigan being worn with it is also listed in my closet if interested.
