Max Edition Blue Blouse with Ruffled Sleeves

Beautiful deep blue blouse with ruffled/ tiered sleeves. Sleeves fall about 3/4 length. Can be worn off the shoulder or on. Thin white stripe pattern. I wore this once and I just prefer full length sleeves because I am always cold (even in summer). We are MOVING at the end of August, so I will likely donate if not sold by then.
