Mauve tie-back embroidered blouse

This size S, pink blouse from Nordstrom Rack has a tie between the shoulders on the back & has an embroidered design all over it. It is very comfortable & doesn’t need an undershirt. The sleeves come almost down to the elbows and have a ruffle type-shape to the bottoms of them. Cute with a skirt or pants!
