Maurices Black and White mixed media dress

This dress is perfect to wear at summer wedding or a semi-dressy event. I love this dress, but it is too tight in the bust, and I can't let out. 17" pit to pit; 36" from top of the shoulder to bottom of the hem. The top is 95% cotton, and the bottom is a semi-stretchy 62% cotton and 38% nylon (not scratchy at all). It looks new, or seldom worn. Questions? Leave a comment below!
