Maui Jim “Hula Blues”710-72 VINYL Record Wearable Art Limited Edition Sunglasses

These are brand new Maui Jim “Hula blues” MJ 710–72 sunglasses Maui Jim teamed up with a small independent eyewear brand out of Hungary called Vinylize. They make eyewear by hand crafting vinyl records into eyewear frames. The inlay of this limited edition frame is detailed with artwork inspired from the original 1923 sheet music booklet from the original hula blues song. The frames were sold out within a year of July 2017 release date. I purchased them for my husband and he said they weren’t his style so he never wore them. The hand crafted frames are sturdy and strong with perfect working anti-corrosive traditional pin hinges. The exterior has gloss, black arms with gold accents of Maui Jim and vinylize. The front is made of a vinyl record with grooves on them. The interior has custom artwork on all three sides. There’s a white pinstripe to separate both sides, which adds a nice touch. The custom box has the same colorful artwork on the inside and the outside is pretty cool too. Comes from a smoke-free home. These fit like an XL Eye size: 55 Bridge: 17 Temple: 145
