New with tags, purchased and it wasn’t compatible with the custom fan we ordered. It is a beautiful custom-size piece not found in general stores such as Lowe’s or Home Depot. Side note: would not recommend purchasing from HomElectrical. Purchase shipping was $6.99 and someone return shipping was $24.99? There was also no 30% restocking fee disclosed (non-negotiable upon speaking to representative) in the return policy for this item upon purchase. Needless to say, there would be no refunded amount if this item was returned and email for this is included in images.
