Matthew Williamson for Impulse Top

Matthew Williamson is a designer who also collaborates to create ready to wear clothing for Macys. I have one of his designer dresses and the colors are glorious. This top, too, carries bright beautiful colors in a gorgeous design. He adds layers and layers of ruffles surrounding the button placket in a semi sheer fabric. It measures 17”17”20” and is just so pretty.
