Matsuri A Festival of Japan 1995 Shirt

Rare shirt from the 1995 Matsuri Japanese festival in Phoenix, Arizona. Lying flat, it measures about 24" armpit to armpit, 30" top to bottom, and has 8" long sleeves. There's quite a bit of damage with small holes and stains scattered about. 🗾🍡
