Matilda Jane dress, size 2

Lightweight, soft purple summer dress with blue, pink, peach and green flowers, with contrasting blue striped ruffles (framing the sleeveless tank-style); this can transition into a tunic as she grows; buttons intact and all of the seams look great. This dress label states size 2, but it is generous in size. Item number D1568 ( I think, it's so small and my glasses can't even detect it...sorry), production date is: 10/01/13 on tag Length: 20" Width: 10.5" **measurements are with garment lying flat** There is a small snag in the fabric on the chest about 4 inches below the buttons, shown in pictures; function of dress is not affected and it is not noticeable while wearing, but I wanted the buyer to be aware.
