Matilda Jane Famcy & Flouncy Sweater

I purchased this from another site and it was listed as new without tags. I washed it once in a garment bag and hung to dry. I did not realize this was too big though. Love the colors. Will be great for fall. So sad that it does not fit. It is approximately 18 1/2 inches. I feel this runs big.
