100% cotton dress. the top is purple with an elastic waistband. there is a layer of navy blue with purple polka dots. noted in pic. In good used condition no stains, rips or tears. approximate dimensions from pit to pit is 15 and 1/2 in waist is 12 in but it stretches length from top of the strap and very bottom is a 43 1/2 inch
