Tunic top style dress, blue and white polka dots with green floral ruffle detail across the top. Flutter sleeves and a single back button. Excellent preowned condition. There is a very faint spot towards the top front collar. It is not really picking up in pictures but I included 4 pics of the area. Otherwise excellent condition. Light wear.
