Gabrialla maternity support belt. About 42.5-43” long when laid flat, unstretched. The whole belt has firm stretch. Wrap it behind your back & under your belly, then Velcro it. THEN make it tighter/looser using the additional Velcro adjusters. I had lots of pain and this helped so much! EUC
