@donnad143k9 Good morning. I have sold several of these and no one has said that they run small. I do have some maternity jeans that I know run small. But these seem to run true to form. However, since you are pregnant and will probably be getting a bit larger maybe it would be best to buy one size larger. Looking at them they don't look a whole lot different in size and they are stretchy and that would help a lot. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
