Material Girl (Macy's) Colorful patterned dress

Brightly colored dress by material girl, short length, new with tags, never worn, 100% rayon, lining 100% polyester, small side cut-outs, zipper back, spaghetti adjustable straps, I'm wearing over leggings in pic, as it's too short/ small for me (couldn't even zip it, hence the jacket in pic also) would suggest it fits a size 0-2 women's, or XS best, it says size 5 juniors, I'm usually a size 2-3 dresses (women) and 6-8 junior dress size, no stretch to it, at all, but is flowy, soft material
