Mary.L Couture formal strapless dress 2 cream lined cross tie back modified hem

Mary.L Couture women's formal dress. Size 2. Lined. Satin type material on top & back, with flowy polyester material bottom. Inside lining looks like it was cut so wearer would not trip on bottom & bottom of dress looks to be cut but not hemmed. It has a few spots, (please see photos), so will need to be dry cleaned.
