Marx Toy company Wacky Walking Toy licensed by Disney of Goofy playfully riding a hippopotamus. Original condition. From Marx/Disney ramp walkers character set from the 1960's. No breaks in the plastic. The thread pull circle is intact and has what appears to be the original vintage string attached. Legs move freely as they should.
