This 2004 Marvel (Toy Biz) piece is fom their Marvel Legends line of figures. It is a Marvel Legends: Human Torch (or Johnny Storm from the Fantastic Four), super poseable or articulated, action figure from Series II. *Approx. 6.25" tall *Small signs of wear/use (Scratches/scuffs/paint loss throughout, small hole on bottom (not sure if it is a manufacturers flaw or wear from use), etc.), but in otherwise fair preo-owned condition.
