This Dr Strange costume was custom made by a seamstress for my son. It is beautifully crafted! It has only been worn twice and is in pristine condition. The exact measurements are listed below. He was 8 at the time so I would guess it correlates to a 7/8 in boys. Waist on pants - 20-26 inches Inseam- 22 inches Jacket length - 24 inches Back shoulder - 11 inches Belt- adjustable to size.
