Marvel Comics Lot of various X- Factor issues in near mint condition. Nine appear to be from the third series. Book 1 and Book 2 from the second series of four books also included. Boarded and sleeved. Excellent. See photos for condition. Marvel Comics X-Factor Second Series (2002) The second series of X-Factor was a short-lived revival that ran for just 4 issues from June to October 2002. This series was written by Peter David and featured Larry Stroman as the primary artist. Marvel Comics X-Factor Third Series (2006-2009) The third series of X-Factor ran from January 2006 to December 2009, spanning 50 issues. This series was also written by Peter David and featured a rotating team of artists, including Valentine De Landro, Pablo Raimondi, Dennis Calero, Marco Santucci, and Larry Stroman. The series introduced X-Factor Investigations; a mutant detective agency led by Madrox (Multiple Man). The team included characters like Strong Guy, Wolfsbane, Siryn, Rictor, and Monet.
