makka3469 @08kate Its a garter, and while I do have it I'm keeping it for now as part of my closet :) this is a spare garter clip that I got in a bundle and didnt need, as I already had a few they go up for sale on japanese sites, but be prepared to pay like 80-200 these days depending on the seller and to jump fast since they sell out quickly
