Maroon pencil dress with matching belt and pockets

These is a beautiful plum, burgundy wine, maroon colored dress. It is a pencil dress with pockets. The color is SO beautiful and so hard to capture in picture. The folded over on the blue background is the closest. The dress is in good condition, and bought from a boutique in Russia! It states that it is a size 46. I think it would fit a size 4. It has a matching belt and looks great at the office with a blazer or for a night out! Laying flat Waist 14.5" 17" across bust 35" long
