Maroon long dress with strapy shoulders

Size 2 DB studio maroon long dress. It has ruching in the mid section and flowy draped fabric all the way down. Zipper in the back that goes down to the bottom of ruching. I’m 5’4 and it goes to the floor on me without heals.
